Transport in Kigali

The famous "buses". Muzungus "white people" usually take motor bikes that tend to cost between 500 and 800RwF to Mumugi (the town centre). But the helmet are usually broken... which made them quite suspicious. they drive pretty crazily!
The buses is the other option, you pay 175RwF. But one of this can carry more than 28 people! I was there, I couldn't believe it! It's a bit of a hassle when some of the people in the back seats want to get off, half of the bus has to step out too :)

The name is pretty suspicious too, at least in Spanish! (atraco=robbery).
I crushed into a group Germans who were doing a tour to Akagera Park as part of their trip that would also take the to a twin school in the middle of the Eastern provinces of Rwanda. They were really friendly and did their charity wit me :) I couldn't have afforded the abusive fees to go to this safari or to see the mountain gorillas. I'll always be grateful to them :)

It was amazing seeing giraffes, hippos, zebras, more than 10 different species of antelopes, baboons, buffaloes, loads of birds, etc. We could get sooo near!

Apparently there were elephants, crocodiles and lions too, but we didn't see them. I was more than happy with what I saw :)
